The two sided, stainless steel grill grates minimize food sticking while offering a sleek cooking surface. one side, for more delicate fare, is designed with a gentle radius and broader support. The second side, for heartier foods, has an integrated slope runner which routes cooking oils to the drip pan for easy clean up. We refer to this as our Advanced Grease Management System. In addition, the grill grates have two positions so the slope can increase when items of higher fat content are grilled.
